Today we played ultimate frisbee and I loved it. This was the first time I have played it and it was a lot of fun! We played 3V3 so everyone was moving and got to throw and catch the frisbee most all of the game. I even broke a sweat within the first couple minutes. Frisbee is a lifelong activity and children should learn the skills in school. I will definately teach frisbee skills and play frisbee golf and ultimate frisbee when I become a teacher.
